Rhiannon

From The Adamantine Arrow

Path: Moros

Born: August 1980

Awakened: 1996 England

General Appearance

Tristyn is about five foot six, with long black cherry colored hair that she normally keeps pulled back away from her face. Her hazel eyes look at the world with a disconcerting understanding. Her skin is light, though most of this is simply accented by the dark clothing and makeup she wears.

She is normally dressed in what could be considered a stereotypical Goth wardrobe. She prefers a pair of black pants with a multitude of pockets, a baby doll t-shirt or black corset, and a long corseted jacket that billows at her feet. She is typically quiet, but posses quite a tongue when she chooses to use it.

Death comes to us all

Having awakened at the young age of 16 due being slipped a lethal amount of GHB at a London club, Tristyn is intimately aware of where everything eventually leads to. She speaks very little about her past, and will hint that it was full of pain. However, she has never wanted, or asked, for any of those memories to be “removed”. She firmly believes that pain is one of the many things that lets you know you’re still alive. The pain that she went through when she was young has formed the mage she is today.

She is no stranger to having to earn her way. She expects nothing to simply be handed to her, and while her fiancé has promised her the world, she still strives to prove herself worthy of it. Her previous mentor was no different, expecting and demanding the best from her. Vassar’s expectations remain the same, simply guided in a different direction.

Tristyn works currently at a hospice located in the Sacramento California area, helping to ease patients both physically and mentally into their deaths. It is one of the few places where she feels at home. Outside of the hospice she works for the Coticelli family, and is currently engaged to Peter Coticelli, of whom she has been known to be vehemently jealous under the right circumstances.

Dead men tell no tales

• Tristyn’s twin sister is really just a poor soul who’s had a portion of Tristyn’s personality implanted in her brain.

• Tristyn hates Vassar and is using her position as his student in order to get close to him and eventually kill him.
